Individual sessions offer you a safe, focused space for this essential exploration.
In sessions, I utilize your energy system as a guide. By doing so, I am able to observe and recognize the energetic, consciousness, and causal factors that impact you and/or support you. This information will help facilitate our dialogue and direction. However, your stated healing goals and needs set the priorities of our work together.
Often the first steps in your healing process include how you can best replenish and/or awaken your energy system. Energy practices may be introduced during a session or recommended as homework. Aiding your vital energy initiates and supports healing on deeper, causal levels.
Along with the energetic pieces, we will explore the underlying stressors and/or challenges in your life. These can include your work/career, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, unfulfilled expression of your talents and gifts, diminished self-empowerment, health conditions, and more. Working with both your energetic and emotional-consciousness influences will inform the pace and the depth of your healing work.
