Elizabeth’s work in subtle energy healing began with her spiritual and perceptual awakening in 1972. Through body-centered meditation practices she developed a keen ability to see and feel energy. After years of study to understand the greater context of her experiences, she created a whole system of energy-based healing techniques, including the Psychic Cord Release ProcessSM and the Past Life Resolution ProcessSM. In 1984, she founded the Transformational Healing Institute in Boulder, Colorado and directed the school for seven years. More about her background.
