Please note: The lengths of classes vary depending on size of group and/or the group process. All courses can be formatted for individual instruction as well.

Working with Long Distance Groups
As my calendar permits, I will travel to work with out-of-state study groups of 10 or more students. These long-distance programs include individual phone consultations along with the in-person workshops.

Individual Work
Individual work promotes deeper levels of transformation by focusing on specific life issues and healing needs. Private sessions can address a variety of subjects, which include:

Our sessions together will combine energy and process work along with integration strategies, which you use in your daily life. By working with this three-fold approach, you will more effectively advance your personal growth and support body-mind-soul health. When addressing trauma and emotional wounding, this combination of healing methods gently restores connection to self and rebuilds inner emotional resources.

Long Distance Personal Work
When a client and I are not able to meet in-person or when a client lives a great distance away, I schedule private sessions on the phone.
